From where my memory starts I have always labeled myself as shy and introverted. As I lived my life in this belief I also started to receive feedback that I am perceived unapproachable, quiet and the more of a "buddy" type rather than a woman people desire. Of course this sat with me and lead to the belief of "I am not worthy of being loved".

I felt deep shame and exposure around showing up and talking to people out of fear of judgement and failing.

This led to me not being confident enough to talk to even my classmates! Because I had the belief that they will not like me anyway. I felt like I wasn't fitting in either physically, mentally and spiritually. I felt out of place, like an alien that is just floating in a vast space of emptiness.

UNTIL -

I realized that there is so much more within me. I do not have to control literally everything people are thinking. I do not have to "crush" my business by working every single minute of my day. I can have it all while being fully in tune with my desires, listening to my feminine intuition and prioritizing my own pleasure through taking time for me and my (life) orgasms!

I had to trust my own voice again, speaking up for my own desires and boundaries, fighting to be where I am right now and being able to choose what and who I want to experience rather than living the life based on other people's opinions!
